P'andor is trapped inside a thick, heavily reinforced containment suit that completely limits his movements. Desperate to escape, the alien offers to handsomely pay anyone who can rip the armor open, deceptively masking his malicious intent.

Kevin is tempted by the rich reward, but his Plumber badge quickly warns the team that P'andor is a dangerous, highly toxic radioactive lifeform belonging to the Prypiatosian-B species. If he is ever breached from his specialized suit, his pure atomic energy will cause an extinction-level meltdown, radiating Earth's atmosphere within hours. Realizing the truth, Ben, Gwen, and Kevin shift focus to secure the containment lock, but things spiral out of control when a trio of greedy human scavengers attacks the team to crack open the suit themselves to claim the treasure.

During the chaotic skirmish, the scavengers successfully breach the armor, unleashing P'andor's true, glowing energy form. Power-hungry and free, P'andor immediately heads toward a local nuclear power plant to consume the raw radioactive material. To stop a global catastrophe, Ben activates the Ultimatrix and transforms into Water Hazard and later uses Carbonite forces alongside Gwen's mana structures to force the radiation back. Working together, Kevin uses customized tech to construct a new containment seal, trapping P'andor once again right before Aggregor arrives to clean up the pieces.
