Terrified and confused by his alien environment, his arrival triggers a massive military response under the command of General Rozum, who views the alien as a hostile threat.

Ben, Gwen, and Kevin quickly arrive at the crash site to de-escalate the situation. However, Galapagus's defensive armor and localized wind-generating abilities cause mass confusion among the human soldiers. Things take a turn for the worse when a piece of Aggregor's tracking technology activates, threatening to level the entire area to recapture the fugitive.

To safely subdue the panic and protect both the military personnel and the alien visitor, Ben accesses the Ultimatrix and transforms into Big Chill to slow down the collateral damage.
