Season 1

Season 1 follows 16-year-old Ben Tennyson as he takes on a new partner, Rook Blonko, after Gwen and Kevin leave for college. The season splits its time between Ben's present-day adventures in Undertown, where he faces the relentless hunter Khyber, and flashbacks to his 11-year-old self battling the corrupted alien Malware.

Season 2

Season 2 concludes the "Malware arc," focusing on 11-year-old Ben's past conflict with the corrupted Mechamorph and his eventual present-day showdown on Galvan Prime. Simultaneously, 16-year-old Ben and Rook deal with classic villains, Gwen and Kevin's return, and new alien escapades in Undertown.

Season 3

Season 3 centers on the Incursean Empire's invasion of Earth. With Ben temporarily sidelined, the Plumbers and the residents of Undertown must mount a resistance against the alien occupiers. The season culminates in a final confrontation where Ben defeats the Incurseans, leading to a peace treaty and a new status quo for aliens on Earth.

Season 4

Season 4 focuses heavily on time travel and alternate timelines. Ben 10,000 (an adult future version of Ben) returns to help Ben and Rook stop Eon from erasing Ben's past self from existence and manipulating the timeline. The season also features episodes where Ben encounters a young Professor Paradox, deals with a new chronosapien villain, Maltruant, and must repair damage done to the Omniverse itself.

Season 5

Season 5 focuses on individual adventures under a "Galactic Monsters" theme, including an arc in the spooky Anur System. The season is highlighted by a major multiversal conflict where Professor Paradox unites different versions of Ben Tennyson from across the multiverse to fight against a team-up of Eon and Vilgax who seek to eliminate all Bens.

Season 6

Season 6 primarily focuses on the "Rooters" storyline, where a secret Plumber organization targets Kevin and the Amalgam Kids, forcing Ben to save them from the Null Void. The season also features standalone episodes, most notably Ben being taken to intergalactic court by the powerful Celestialsapiens

Season 7

Season 7 focuses on individual, character-driven adventures, including the return of classic characters like Gwen and Kevin, and villains like Charmcaster. The key event is a two-part episode where Ben travels to a dystopian alternate dimension ruled by an evil version of himself, "Mad Ben," and works to stop his tyrannical counterpart.

Season 8

Season 8, the final season of the series, focuses on the "Time War" arc. Ben teams up with Professor Paradox and his allies to stop the villain Maltruant, who plans to use his time-controlling powers to recreate the universe. The series concludes as Ben saves all of reality and the timeline is finalized, leading into the main characters starting a new road trip.
