Ben and Gwen's bickering is cut short when an older woman pulls Gwen through a temporal portal. Ben transforms into XLR8 and follows, landing in the year 2046. He quickly finds himself in the middle of a massive city where he encounters his 30-year-old self. The adult Ben now wields a heavily modified Omnitrix that grants him access to 10,000 alien forms, which he switches between seamlessly without ever turning back into a human.
