Season 1

The season begins with Ben having put away the Omnitrix to live a normal life. However, the mysterious disappearance of his Grandpa Max forces Ben to put the watch back on. He teams up with his cousin Gwen and former enemy Kevin Levin to find Max and stop a new alien invasion threat from the Highbreed. Ben discovers he has access to ten new aliens in his Omnitrix, including Swampfire and Jetray.

Season 2

Season 2 expands upon the foundation laid in the first season by further developing the characters and escalating the conflict with the Highbreed and their DNAlien foot soldiers. Key plot points include the introduction of Ben's Galvan doppelganger, Albedo, the return of Grandpa Max from the Null Void, and the grand finale of the Highbreed arc, where Ben must unite all of the Plumber's children to stop a full-scale alien invasion of Earth.

Season 3

Season 3 marks a significant shift in the series, as the primary antagonist changes from the Highbreed to Ben's classic archnemesis, Vilgax, who returns more powerful than ever. Ben must face Vilgax in a one-on-one battle for the fate of Earth and also deals with the return of other villains like Charmcaster and Darkstar. The season also introduces new alien forms for Ben, such as Rath, and concludes with a two-part grand finale, "The Final Battle", which sets the stage for the next series, Ben 10: Ultimate Alien.
