Episode Summary

The episode opens with the trio investigating freak weather anomalies in a rural town. They cross paths with Alan Albright, a pyrokineses-wielding teenager who looks exactly like a Pyronite (Heatblast) but possesses a Plumber's badge. Alan is falsely accused by local authorities of causing the freezing blizzards that are threatening the valley's crops.

Ben uses his flying, ice-breathing alien form Big Chill to pursue Alan and clear up the misunderstanding. Upon talking, Ben realizes that Alan is a Plumber's kid who is just trying to survive. The real threat is a massive, terraforming weather tower built nearby by a swarm of DNAliens planning to permanently freeze the region into an optimal climate for their species.

Teaming up with Alan, the group launches an assault on the machine. Ben utilizes his high-speed, magnetic alien form Jetray to battle the invaders. Together, they destroy the terraforming spires, save the town, and clear Alan's name, cementing his place as an invaluable ally in the looming war against the alien Highbreed invasion force.
